Job Description
- Handling telephone calls and Greeting all visitors
- Issue bills and make proper filing as well Diary Management
- Handling queries of product, purchase order and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries with VCTS
- Support sales department for data entry
- Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Maintenance of staff attendance
Job Specification
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office/ Email-Internet (Word, Excel, Outlook etc )
- Excellent communication with strong customer service attitude and organizational skill
- Polite, smart with pleasing personality and ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude with high level of commitments towards duties and should have multitasking abilities
- Having two wheel driving license will be preferred
