Sales Officer are meant for assisting Sales Head for meeting the predefined Sales Target set by the management. For this Officer needs to oversee the activitites of Teritory Sales Executive & Competitors in the market. Also, needs to develop market relation for the placement of the product. Thus,we are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented sales officer to oversee our sales team and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.

• To create dealers based on assigned Territoy and Type of product.
• To manage Distributor and Sales Team in terms of Stock & Collection Management internally and external market.
• Daily wise  field visit to an outlet along with the sales team so as to review staff performance, get market feedback, inspect competitors activities, planning on Branding and Marketing requirement inorder to enhance sales from retailer to customer.
• Daily assessment and maintaining report of sales team and dealer.
• Timely providing report of Attendance, Incentive,Comission, Stock, Volume Sales based on required time that could be Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quaterly.
• Involve in planning of setting Goals,defining routes,manpower requirement, promotion activities 
• Have to be in Flexible in Time
   

• Bachelor Degree in Management (Passed).
• Fluent in speaking Nepali and Hindi.
• Art of Selling a Product. Know skill to convince the market.
• Quick Learner in Software Skills to acccess with software in Mobile devices"
