Be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to human resources, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Masters in HR Specialization Preferred)
Minimum 3/4 years of experience in performance management
Diplomacy, tact, and people skills
Patience, self-motivated and strong work ethics
Must be fluent in English and Nepali (spoken, written, typing preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Office, google drive and knowledge of HR Software preferred
Should keep oneself updated with best HR practices and labor law of Nepal.
