Our Website “www.jobssniper.com” is an medium that offers advertisement of the vacancies and enables recruiters to post their vacancies in the portal where candidates who are interested can apply for those vacant positions.

Except for the Jobs related to our screening service, all other posted jobs shall be in the hands of the recruiters where candidates will be directly dealing with them. Jobs Sniper Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for communication between you and any third parties 

We shall not be liable for any communication whatsoever between you and those responding to any use which you may make of the services, although Jobs Sniper Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to track any such communications which are made by you or third parties by means of the Website and/or the Services.

There will be data collected in the form of documents and various forms available on our jobsite, which includes your personal data that contains Name, Phone Number, Email Address and others. These information and data can be used and processed by Jobs Sniper Pvt. Ltd. and it’s associated companies. Payment and Refund Policy

Our service will not be refundable once taken, as it does not contain any tangible goods. You shall be totally held accountable for any kind of breach related to payment terms and agreements that will be provided through our Company proposal once accepted. Compatibility with Third Party Software 

We shall not be held accountable for incompatibility of our services with various third party software’s and there will be no technical assistance related to these third party applications. 

Termination

If you do not wish to agree on any of the terms and conditions mentioned, you will have the full authority to terminate your account and leave the registration account from the jobsite. 

In case of any kinds of breach of any terms and conditions, we will have the full right to terminate your access granted from the jobsite, in immediate terms without any further consent. 

We will not be responsible for any kind of postings done by the third parties and do not regularly monitor it. However, we will have the right to remove any kinds of postings, contents from the jobsite, which we believe is considered illegal, fraudulent or inappropriate. 

Availability of Service and Website

We do not guarantee you of uninterrupted and error free operation at all times about our services and website. All liability of Jobs Sniper Pvt. Ltd., it’s directors or employees howsoever arising for any loss. However, any kinds of losses resulted from your use and your inability to use the jobsite and/or services is excluded, insofar as it is possible to do so in law. There shall be no guarantee of 100%. 

Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nepal and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nepal courts.
