• Provide leadership for the campus academic affairs team and management of the academic affairs department budget including overall schedule of course offerings, hiring of department staff, and faculty assignments
• Oversee and support the retention efforts of the campus including oversight and responsibility for the campus student services department.
• Plan and coordinate campus professional development and in-services for faculty and academic affairs department staff.
• The director is responsible for ensuring that the advisory and enrollment staff adheres to all regulations and standards as prescribed by all regulating bodies.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the department.

Qualification: Master degree in management 
Experiences: 4- 6 years in related Field
