Working Shift: 7 AM - 3PM

• Manage and administer the institution's LMS, ensuring it functions smoothly and meets the needs of educators and students
• Assist with user account management, course creation, and system configurations
• Provide support for the student information system, including user account management, data entry, and reporting
• Manage and maintain academic data, generate reports, and assist in data analysis for academic decision-making
• Work closely with academic departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
• Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of academic systems.
   

• Good command of English, writing and spoken
• Good IQ Skills
• High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Ability to learn new systems
