Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records including entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and project costing.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections with proper documentation.
• Oversee job costing, pricing, and margin analysis for signage and fabrication projects.
• Handle payroll processing and statutory deductions (e.g., PF, CIT, TDS, VAT).
• Reconcile bank statements and coordinate with banks for transactions and limits.
• Monitor production expenses, stock and inventory control, and petty cash.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for campaigns and fabrication projects.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, audits, and financial reporting standards.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for billing accuracy and project profitability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BBA, MBA)
• 2+ years of accounting experience in advertising, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Swastik,Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems).
• Strong understanding of inventory, project-based costing, and job order management.
• Good grasp of Nepali tax laws, VAT billing, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience working in a signage, branding, or fabrication company.
• Familiarity with campaign-based financial planning and asset tracking.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to operational details.
