Job Description
- Regulate and authenticate financial transactions
- Cash, fund and fixed asset management of the company
- Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external financial issues
- Preparing and reviewing ledger balances, monthly accounts and financial reports
- Maintaining and monitoring the company’s financial systems
- Handling general account queries
- Maintaining a record of all receipts and payments
- Updating daily accounting transactions in tally
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3/4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
