Job Description
- Record all expenses and payments in the accounting system before booking, and obtain approval from the authorized person.
- Daily Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)
- Daily Sales Counter Verification Against Journal Entries
- Ensure all physical files are properly maintained, including expense files, journal files, and statutory files.
- Closing Stock Verification: Book Records vs. Physical Inventory
- Any additional account-related tasks assigned beyond the job description.
Job Specification
- Fluency In MS Excel
- Should be Experienced in any of the ERP’s like Tally, Dynamic, Saral etc..
