Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning:

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and plans based on client requirements and project objectives.
• Create detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with project feasibility.
• Revise designs as needed based on feedback and technical constraints.

Project Coordination & Management:

• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and construction teams to execute projects efficiently.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure compliance with project plans.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any architectural challenges.

Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability:

• Ensure projects adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as an Architect in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of building materials, structural engineering principles, and construction techniques.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and regulatory standards.
