Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of sales teams within the designated area, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors to expand market penetration.
  • Provide dealers and distributors with the necessary tools, products, and training to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market opportunities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with sales teams and partners to discuss performance, resolve issues, and motivate team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations within the sales operations.
