Job Description
- Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and hiring analytics.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
- Liaising with managers and employees to identify and assess training and development needs.
- Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs.
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
- Compiling and presenting training information.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resources Management. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment unit. (Preferred in ISP sector)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with confident and dynamic personality.
- Must have proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work.
- Excellent planning, coordinating and time management skills.
- Understanding of labor legislation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Familiarity on HRMS is a plus.
