Job Description:

• Effectively responding to customer queries on Instagram, Facebook & Calls 
• Creating and processing orders promptly, creating invoices 
• Following up with customers & internal Team about the order status
• Report to the Customer Service Officer & the rest of the team to ensure timely processing of orders

Qualifications: 

• At least 10+2 with good English, with very good writing skills 
• Should be articulate and have a friendly personality 
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
