Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Lead video shoots, manage technical setups, direct on-set activities, and oversee editing.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor the audio/visual team, assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Planning & Scripting: Develop video concepts, plan pre-production activities, and ensure creative ideas are executed within budget and timeline.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary client contact, present ideas and edits, and incorporate client feedback.
• Technical Expertise: Stay updated on video production trends, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain equipment

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree 
• Experience:  
  • 5+ years in video production, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage video projects from concept to completion. 
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. 
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
