Job Description
  • Identifying Potential Clients: Research and identify potential BFSI clients who may benefit from IT systems.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Engage with bank representatives to understand their specific IT needs and challenges.
  • Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate IT systems to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and how they address the client’s needs.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to the client’s requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure the proposed IT solutions meet the client’s needs and are feasible.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance for reporting purposes.
Job Specification
  • Well versed with banking IT systems and knowledge of the banking industry’s IT needs and challenges
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or banking sector with preference specifically having Experience in selling complex IT systems or solutions
  • Business to business sales experience of at least 5 years
  • BCIT or BBA a must. MBA preferred
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and explain IT systems to clients.
