Job Description

Business Operations:

  • Assist in day-to-day business operations, handling administrative tasks, vendor communications, and record-keeping.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors aligning with our sustainability mission and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Supporting your manager with project deliverables and updating task status everyday
  • Vendor Acquisition:
  • Research and identify potential vendors and partners for collaboration.
  • Reach out to potential vendors, highlighting the benefits of joining Market for Good.
  • Assist vendors in the onboarding process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date profiles.

Project Implementation:

  • Work on various projects requested by clients  
  • Prepare quotation proposals for bespoke projects with clear deliverables and timelines
  • Send product offering from MFG online catalogue for selection and process the orders as placed by the client on MFG platform
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Assist in project reporting and documentation for impact created.

Logistics:

  • Schedule deliveries of ready consignments to client office
  • Manage production logistics to ensure the goods arrive on time 

Creatives:

  • May require to support and create simple designs following the template given in tools like Canva
  • Review print and design artworks prepared by suppliers. 
  • May need to provide design directions to create a designs that match project expectations
     
Job Specification

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLSET:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Merchandising/ Design/ Business/ Marketing or other similar field
  • 1-2 years of work experience in procurement/ business operations/ merchandising or similar field
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint and excel
  • Able to schedule online and offline meetings on Google Calendar using google meet/ Zoom or Teams software
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Vendor management prior experience is a plus
  • Experience with Trello, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and NopCommerce is a plus
  • Design software knowledge is an advantage like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or similar software’s
  • Interest in social and environmental impact along with knowledge in sustainability will be advantageous
