Promote and develop remittance business network in Malaysia. This will include market assessment, being vigilant on market information and gaps, assist in strategic planning to increase business volumes, active involvement in marketing activities through physical counters and online media.
Assist existing customers in Malaysia to fulfill the process of sending remittance through app or counters.
Respond to customers calls and assist non-payment complaints.
Visit Nepalese communities and work camps frequently to distribute marketing materials and promote channel partners in Malaysia.
To main good relationship with counter staff of remittance partners to promote remittance to Nepal.
Job Specification
You should achieve the Business targets as under:
By 3 months from the date of contract, 5,000 monthly transactions
By 6 months from the date of contract, 10,000 monthly transactions
By 9 months from the date of contract, 15,000 monthly transactions
By 12 months from the date of contract, 20,000 monthly transactions
Reporting:
You should report to office on a daily basis (per working day) and shall update daily activities.
You should submit monthly achievement reports and marketing call reports in writing.
The working hours for you as CC will be eight hours per working day.
You should conduct yourself professionally and with courtesy at all times befitting of good brand image.
You shall respect and abide by the prevailing laws and applicable rules & regulation of the country of domiciliation and Nepal.
