Job Description
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Presentations & Pitches: Deliver compelling in-person and virtual presentations to potential clients about Kafal Care’s offerings.
CRM Management: Utilize Zoho CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, and document client interactions effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine sales pitches, improve outreach campaigns, and create client-specific solutions.
Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and Kafal Care.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging healthcare needs.
Event Participation: Attend and represent Kafal Care at corporate events, healthcare expos, and networking opportunities.
Job Specification
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
Skills
:
Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Loom, or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
