Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities will be as given below:
  • Sales Target: Responsible for achieving the sales target for the Indian university  admissions.
  • Network Building:
    • Partnering with popular schools/colleges for lead generation of aspiring students  for study in India.
    • Build a network of agents in Nepal for providing Nepalese students for study in  India.
    • Target tie-ups with coaching institutes/teachers for widening the database of  leads.
  • Seminars & other offline activities: Conduct a minimum 2-3 seminars per week in  Coaching Institutes/Schools/Colleges making it a total of 8-12 nos per month
  • Team building: Responsible for providing reference for local team development.
  • Responsible for Lead Generation: Need to generate quality leads from both offline &  online promotional activities.
  • MIS: Preparation of suitable MIS for proper review mechanisms
  • Training & Development: Training the counsellors for creating a database of Hot & Warm  leads and enhance their understanding of Indian education trends and market demands
  • Brand Visibility: Quarterly Plan for participation at industry events, conferences, and  trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Management reserves the right to add or modify work as per the demands of the situation
Job Specification
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a reputed company/consultancy working  specifically on Indian university student recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree/master’s in commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or  related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Should be comfortable in traveling extensively in the designated area
  • Preferably should have a two/four-wheeler/laptop/smart phone
