Job Description
  • Greet clients warmly as they enter the clinic or contact us by phone, social media, or email. Make them feel comfortable and valued from the start.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, appointment availability, and pricing.
  • Assist clients in scheduling appointments that fit their needs and preferences. Coordinate with Front Desk Officer Schedules to find suitable times.
  • Listen attentively to clients' concerns or complaints and work to resolve them promptly and effectively. If necessary, escalate issues to the appropriate Supervisor or Branch Manager.
  • Educate existing & new clients about our health and wellness services, including treatments, procedures, and any special offers or promotions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, management teams, and branch offices, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Keep clients informed about special offers, promotions, and discounts through various channels, such as social media, email, phone calls, or SMS.
  • Gather & maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client treatment sessions, queries, feedback, personal details, preferences, and interactions in our database system.
     
Job Specification
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong understanding of compliance and training requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care and disability support services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
