Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, appointment availability, and pricing.
Assist clients in scheduling appointments that fit their needs and preferences. Coordinate with Front Desk Officer Schedules to find suitable times.
Listen attentively to clients' concerns or complaints and work to resolve them promptly and effectively. If necessary, escalate issues to the appropriate Supervisor or Branch Manager.
Educate existing & new clients about our health and wellness services, including treatments, procedures, and any special offers or promotions.
Act as a liaison between customers, management teams, and branch offices, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Keep clients informed about special offers, promotions, and discounts through various channels, such as social media, email, phone calls, or SMS.
Gather & maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client treatment sessions, queries, feedback, personal details, preferences, and interactions in our database system.
Job Specification
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong understanding of compliance and training requirements.
