1. Customer Engagement:

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok).
• Help handle customer calls and provide basic information or redirect them to relevant team members.
• Support the team in replying to comments on social media posts in a professional and timely manner.

2. Order Coordination:

• Assist in coordinating with the florist team to ensure bouquets and floral arrangements meet customer specifications.
• Help the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Assist in providing order updates to customers and addressing delivery-related issues.

3. Customer Database Management:

• Support the maintenance and organization of the customer database, including entering order details and customer information.
• Help ensure customer data is up-to-date and assist in keeping the system organized.

4. Payment Assistance:

• Assist in recording customer payments across different channels (cash, digital payments, etc.).
• Help reconcile payments with the order management system to maintain accuracy.

5. General Support:

• Assist in addressing customer complaints or queries, and escalate any unresolved issues to the relevant team member.
• Contribute to ensuring positive customer experiences through effective support and communication.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Linkedin).
• Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• No prior experience required, but previous experience in customer service or social media management is a plus.

Additional Information:

• Internship Duration: 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
