Time: 7AM - 2PM

• Respond to customers'  inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat regarding products, delivery, and services.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, track shipments, and provide delivery updates to customers.
• Liaise with delivery partners (e.g., Pathao) and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide product information, including flower care tips, plant care, and gift customization options.
• Assist customers in navigating the website and placing orders.
• Coordinate with the florists and delivery teams to meet customer-specific needs and requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement in customer service operations.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• - Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and verbal).
• - Ability to manage multiple customer queries and tasks simultaneously.
• - Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and social media platforms.
• - Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• - Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
