Job Description
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, gif animations) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
Ensure constant flow of content on various digital touch points including email new letters, blogs etc. that a consumer interact with everyday
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/ metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Facebook, etc., and other digital touchpoints to increase company and brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Offer creative ideas for content marketing and website content.
Identify digital advertising needs and stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
Job Specification
At least Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and SEM practices, etc.,
Experience in using market research and survey tools
