Job Description
Sales Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales campaigns.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the enterprise sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Develop training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Client Acquisition and Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Oversee contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
Revenue Management:
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the product development team to tailor offerings to client needs.
Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure high service levels for enterprise clients.
Liaise with finance and legal departments on contract management and compliance.
Market Expansion:
Drive the expansion of the company’s market share in the enterprise segment.
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company’s services.
Keep abreast of competitive activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the ISP or telecom industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the enterprise segment.
Strong understanding of enterprise networking and communication solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
