Job Description
  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales campaigns.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the enterprise sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Develop training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  3. Client Acquisition and Management:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

  4. Revenue Management:
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
    • Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.

    • Work closely with the product development team to tailor offerings to client needs.
    • Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure high service levels for enterprise clients.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the ISP or telecom industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the enterprise segment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking and communication solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
