1. Introduction

Fashion Talk Textile & Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturing and clothing company, is seeking a seasoned ERP and IT Manager to lead our organization's technology strategy and oversee the seamless integration and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

2. Key Responsibilities

• ERP System Management:
  • Oversee the planning, development, and integration of ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with business units to determine ERP requirements and ensure the system meets organizational needs.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of ERP applications.
• IT Infrastructure Oversight:
  • Manage and coordinate all IT-related matters, including data management, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure optimal operation and data security.
  • Research and recommend acquisition of new network hardware and software to keep the infrastructure current and efficient.
• Team Leadership and Development:
  • Supervise and coordinate IT staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
• Budget and Vendor Management:
  • Handle the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with external vendors for IT-related products and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.

3. Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional Experience:
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years focused on ERP systems implementation and maintenance.
• Technical Proficiency:
  In-depth knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, OODO, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and IT infrastructure components.
• Certifications:
  System Engineer certification is advantageous.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.

4. Reporting Structure

• Reports To:
  Head of Shared Services Department.
• Supervises:
  IT team members, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.

5. Work Environment

• Location:

• Schedule:
