Responsible for overall administration related system and processes in the entire organization across locations.
Plan and ensure timely execution of administration related activities within the given timelines.
Engage with all the stakeholders to understand administration related requirements and keep a track of all the activities till the time they are completed.
Manage housekeeping, pantry, reception, maintenance and other administration related team members / service providers ensuring all the administration supports are given effectively and efficiently.
Ensure documentation, tracking of activities and reporting of all the activities related to administration in the entire organization.
Ensure that the inventories are planned, procured and maintained for effective administration services in the entire organization.
Responsible for planning and management of travel of all employees in the organization as per laid down systems and processes.
Support HR Department in maintaining files, agreements etc. and administration of employee benefits as per laid down systems and practices
Support HR Department in other activities as and when required.
Job Specification
At least 3 years of relevant experience with bachelor’s degree in any discipline while preference will be given to candidate with master’s degree from a recognized university.
Mature and ability to independently manage end-to-end administration of the entire organization.
Ability to plan the given tasks and excellence in execution.
Good team player and is able to bring new perspectives to the assigned tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritise the responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft office 365 suite.
Good command in written and spoken English & Nepali
