Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Present and promote different fabric options to garment manufacturing companies.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best fabric solutions based on quality and price.
  • Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and delivery schedules with clients.
  • Regularly visit garment factories to understand their fabric requirements and ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain customer records, sales reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Textile-related studies.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in fabric, textiles, or garment-related industries).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and travel locally.
  • Basic knowledge of textile materials, quality specifications, and industry trends.
