Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand fabric sales to garment manufacturers.
Identify and establish long-term partnerships with key garment manufacturing companies in Nepal.
Negotiate bulk orders, pricing structures, and contracts with clients.
Work closely with the sourcing and procurement team to ensure fabric availability based on customer demand.
Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Manage and mentor the fabric sales executives to ensure team performance aligns with business goals.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales for the garment manufacturing industry.
Preferably: Strong understanding of fabric types, pricing, and industry requirements.
Proven ability to develop high-value client relationships.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to travel across Nepal for client meetings.
