Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand fabric sales to garment manufacturers.
  • Identify and establish long-term partnerships with key garment manufacturing companies in Nepal.
  • Negotiate bulk orders, pricing structures, and contracts with clients.
  • Work closely with the sourcing and procurement team to ensure fabric availability based on customer demand.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Manage and mentor the fabric sales executives to ensure team performance aligns with business goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales for the garment manufacturing industry.
  • Preferably: Strong understanding of fabric types, pricing, and industry requirements.
  • Proven ability to develop high-value client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel across Nepal for client meetings.
