Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
Analyzing Costing of goods from time to time to ensure sustainable profitability
Inventory planning and reordering on a regular basis
Monitoring and reporting of Inventory management
Physical verification of stock and reconciliation on predetermined intervals.
Ensuring Timely Bank Reconciliation
Preparing monthly salary sheets
Processing Invoices
Timely preparation and submission of Vat Returns.
Timely entry in VAT Register
Checking Sales Price and Purchase Price, report if any discrepancies
Analyzing Customer and Vendor Aging, Receive Balance Confirmations
Preparing Vendor and Customer Reconciliation Statements
Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
Coordinating with Bank for documents submissions and other necessary tasks
Opening LC/TT as per need and record same in accounting software
Recording transactions from branches in Books of Accounts
Visiting bank and party offices for daily transactions
Others as directed by Seniors
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree in Management/Accounting
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills
Must have a bike and valid driving license
