Job Description
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Oversee financial audits and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
- Lead and mentor finance team members.
- Ensure accounting records are in accordance with NAFRS of Nepal.
- Prepare financial statements, including branch-wise and head-wise periodic Profit and Loss statements.
