Job Description
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets.
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Oversee financial audits and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Manage financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members.
  • Ensure accounting records are in accordance with NAFRS of Nepal.
  • Prepare financial statements, including branch-wise and head-wise periodic Profit and Loss statements.
