Carrying out the day-to-day duties of Front Desk Officer in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the switchboard, answering telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner, transferring calls as necessary, dealing with general inquiries, and/or referring clients to the appropriate Counselor
Coordinating the delivery and pick up of business-related documents through appropriate courier companies

Provide a meet and greet function for Placements walk-in clients and successfully communicating company information and providing advice
Maintaining accurate records of all walk-in clients and phone call. Any and all paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports or lists generated will remain the property of Placements

The candidate should have superior organizational skills, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, energetic and must be a team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple client/project queries at a time are essential
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet
