- Welcoming clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Directing visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
2 Answering and Directing Calls:
- Handling inbound calls and inquiries, providing information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
- Directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel (sales, customer service, operations).
3 Document Management:
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, shipments, and customer information.
- Prepare, organize, and track relevant paperwork, such as shipping documents, customs papers, and invoices.
4 Administrative Supports:
- Perform general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Manage and update the office’s internal system for scheduling meetings and appointments.
5 Office Maintenance:
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized.
