The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating client briefs into visually stunning and effective design solutions. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in leading the design team, collaborating with clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative assets.

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various advertising campaigns.
• Deliver designs in different format such ad digital, print, motion graphics and others
• Lead and mentor junior design team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Work closely with clients to understand their brand objectives and deliver designs that align with their vision.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and account managers, to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Present design concepts and ideas to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
• Maintain a strong understanding of branding guidelines and ensure consistent application across all design projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising agency setting.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe creative studio such as Ai, Ps, Id, Ae, PrPro ).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a design team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design trends.
