Job Description
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and high-quality services.
Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals and support staff.
Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and client’s satisfaction.
Collaborating with staff and department heads & Branches to optimize company operations.
Monitoring and managing budgets, expenses, and resources.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Handling client’s concerns and inquiries to ensure excellent client’s experiences.
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Tracking staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Leading a team of marketing professionals and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify new opportunities in our products and Services & helps to make new marketing schemes and offer.
Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Conduct customer counseling and query management.
Act as coordinator between the Customer and Management Team as well as the Branch Office.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information on procedures or policies
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction & take feedback from them related to products and services.
Manage job descriptions of all branches staffs and supervise work of all staff.
Check and make a universal price list, protocol of service for all the branches with the help of team.
Co-ordination with all branches, marketing team & other parties.
To develop and implement proper sales & marketing strategy.
Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
Organize and coordinate operations in way that ensure maximum productivity.
Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports.
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree in Public Health , Healthcare Administration, or related fields
At least 1 years of experience in a management role in the health care or related industry
Excellent leadership, Counselling and communication skills
Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and inventory
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Passionate about natural health care and wellness
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships with staff and customers
