Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, acting as the sole HR representative in the office.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding for employees.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and prepare related reports.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address workplace conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including office supplies management, correspondence, and recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management as needed.
Job Specification
