Responsible for the entire Compensation and Benefits systems and processes for the whole organization with minimal guidance.
Responsible for governance related to HR ensuring timely review and update of the relevant systems and processes.
Responsible for end to end payroll administration and completion of all the required processes on a timely manner.
Ensure timely submission of all the details and documents related to Compensation and
Benefits as per applicable legal provisions.
Responsible for administration of attendance and leave of all employees in the organization.
Responsible for managing HRIS ensuring timely update of employee details and generate reports.
Ensure employee earnings and other related details are planned and calculated aligning with legal provisions
Administration of all the employee benefits as per entitlement.
Management of employee personal files ensuring updated documents are properly stored for future reference.
Responsible for analytics related to HR and submission of all the reports as and when required.
Responsible for preparing and dispatching letters related to employment in the organization on a timely manner.
Ensure a good employee experience by providing relevant services related Compensation and Benefits.
Support to other team members in HR related initiatives as and when required.
Job Specification
At least 3 years of relevant experience with bachelor’s degree in management while preference will be given to candidate with master’s in management from a recognized university.
Ability to independently manage compensation and benefits systems and practices.
Knowledge of legal provisions related to compensation and benefits systems and practices.
Good with numbers and ability to use tools and techniques for reporting and basic analytics.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, proactive, progressive and solution oriented.
Ability to plan the given tasks and excellence in execution.
Good team player and is able to bring new perspectives to the assigned tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritise the responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft office 365 suite.
Good command in written and spoken English & Nepali
