Job Description
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified
  • candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict
  • resolution.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
  • Promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure regular feedback and development discussions.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills
  • and performance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with
  • local labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary reviews and benchmark compensation against industry standards.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare and submit HR reports and metrics to management.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
Job Specification
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Nepalese labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead HR initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
