Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Operations

  • Maintain and update HRIS with accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues, implement system improvements, and train employees on HRIS functionalities.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and lead performance appraisals, audits, and compliance checks.

Staff Oversight & Engagement

  • Supervise HR team members, ensuring effective task delegation and alignment with departmental goals.
  • Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
  • Address employee queries related to HR operations, policies, and benefits.


Other HR-Related Tasks

  • Support talent acquisition through coordination and system management.
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.

Provide insights to enhance HR functions and maintain accurate HR documentation

Job Specification

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on HRIS management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to oversee staff and handle confidential information.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
