Job Description
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Oversee talent development for employee growth and retention
  • Serve as primary contact for employee relations issues in Nepal
  • Provide guidance on HR policies aligned with local and global standards
  • Implement fair and consistent performance evaluations
  • Develop and enforce HR policies compliant with local laws and global strategies
  • Oversee competitive compensation and benefits for the Nepal team
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Nepalese labor laws; stay updated on changes
  • Support local implementation of global HR initiatives
  • Manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with finance and HR

Job Specification
  • Minimum of 3/4 years of HR experience 
  • Comprehensive understanding of Nepalese labor laws, employment practices, and payroll processes.
  • Experience in office management and creating engaging workplace environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in implementing global HR programs within a local context.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting at all organizational levels.
  • Proven multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali, both written and spoken.
