Job Description
Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Oversee talent development for employee growth and retention
Serve as primary contact for employee relations issues in Nepal
Provide guidance on HR policies aligned with local and global standards
Implement fair and consistent performance evaluations
Develop and enforce HR policies compliant with local laws and global strategies
Oversee competitive compensation and benefits for the Nepal team
Ensure HR practices comply with Nepalese labor laws; stay updated on changes
Support local implementation of global HR initiatives
Manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with finance and HR
Oversee office operations, supplies, and facilities maintenance
Foster positive workplace culture with team-building activities and events
Job Specification
Minimum of 3/4 years of HR experience
Comprehensive understanding of Nepalese labor laws, employment practices, and payroll processes.
Experience in office management and creating engaging workplace environments.
Demonstrated ability in implementing global HR programs within a local context.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting at all organizational levels.
Proven multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali, both written and spoken.
