Job Description

1. Introduction

A leading manufacturing and clothing company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. This role serves as the bridge between our workforce and management.

 


 

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Labor Relations Management:
    • Develop and implement industrial relations policies and procedures.
    • Mediate disputes between employees and management, facilitating effective communication.
    • Advise management on contract negotiations and labor-related issues.
  • Human Resources Oversight:
    • Manage recruitment processes, including hiring and layoffs, to meet organizational staffing needs.
    • Conduct job analysis to align roles with company objectives.
    • Oversee performance evaluations, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
    • Develop and enforce comprehensive HR policies that promote a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Compliance and Policy Development:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety codes, and fair employment practices.
    • Develop and enforce company policies related to employee relations, health, and safety.
  • Employee Engagement and Welfare:
    • Address employee grievances promptly and effectively.
    • Promote a positive workplace culture through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
    • Coordinate employee wellness programs and manage leave tracking.

3. Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional Experience:
    Minimum of 6 years in human resources, with at least 3 years in manufacturing environments. Experience in the textile or factory and production sectors is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
