Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist talent acquisition team to identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including social medias, and professional networks.
  • Conduct a thorough exit process for departing employees including, employee off boarding checklist sheet, employee clearance form and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless on/ off boarding experience.

2. HR Operations:

  • Update and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS. Automate HRIS processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute various HR-related documents, including employment contracts, contract renewals, and salary, experience, SSF certificates.
  • Process employee insurance claims and ensure timely submission as and where required.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics from the HRIS as needed.

3. Payroll Operations:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of payroll transactions, tax compliance and Social Security Fund (SSF).
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

4. Performance Appraisal:

  • Assist in the preparation of documentation, including performance evaluation forms and past appraisal reports in the execution of the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Assist in the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary.
  • Work closely with the team to monitor progress and provide necessary assistance to employees on PIPs.

5. Employee Well-being:

  • Assist in planning and organizing team-building activities, events, and programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design, implement, and promote employee well-being programs, initiatives, and activities.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, and HRIS management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Familiarity with automation tools for HR processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
