Job Description

Office Time: 6AM to 2PM

  • Previous experience in Call Center customer service, International BPO, student support, or RTO administration is highly preferred.
  • Strong english communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Experience working in the aged care, disability support, or vocational training sector is an advantage 
  • Knowledge of RTO compliance and student enrollment processes is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to assist students in achieving their training goals.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel, and record management skills are essential.
