• Help chef in preparing food
• Wash and peel vegetables
• Wash pots, pans, and trays
• Load or unload delivered supplies and food
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas

• Maintain kitchen hygiene
• Good prep knowledge and cooking skills
