Position Title: Management Trainee

Reports To: Department Manager or Senior Management

• Participate in departmental training to understand operations and strategic objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
• Assist in ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and collaboration with teams.
• Support sales and marketing teams in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Contribute to strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on training progress and findings to senior management.
