We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing and Personal Relationship Manager to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and brand presence for our restaurant. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for both marketing strategies and creating meaningful customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, enhancing the restaurant's reputation, fostering lasting customer relationships, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility, foot traffic, and sales.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email newsletters, website content, etc.).
- Manage social media accounts, engaging with customers, posting relevant content, and tracking analytics.
- Coordinate promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with local influencers, media, and other stakeholders for partnerships and PR initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, VIP clients, and potential customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value customers, ensuring personalized experiences and exceptional service.
- Manage and improve the restaurant’s loyalty program, offering tailored incentives to enhance customer retention.
- Collect customer feedback and use insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a prompt, professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Brand Development & Positioning:
- Assist in defining and maintaining the restaurant's brand identity and positioning in the market.
- Develop content (photos, videos, blogs, etc.) that highlights the restaurant's ambiance, food, and services.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
Event Planning and Management:
- Organize and promote special events, such as holiday celebrations, theme nights, private bookings, or VIP gatherings.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events, ensuring all guest needs are met.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Track customer behavior and sales data to optimize marketing efforts and customer engagement strategies.
