• Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Taking direct responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales targets, both individually and collectively as a team.
• Formulating comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing both offline and digital channels.
• Managing customer relations, conducting market research, and overseeing project management initiatives.
• Identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships.
• Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• College degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally in diverse online and offline environments.
• Excellent knowledge of offline, digital, B2B, and B2C marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and lead a marketing team.
• Ability to set and achieve sales targets, develop business strategies, and manage project budgets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Solid understanding of web analytics, Google Adwords, and CRM software.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in national and international markets.
• Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools with a willingness to learn new technologies and software functionalities.
• Confidence in consistently meeting or exceeding business targets.
