Implement marketing and advertising campaigns across all the centers of Alfa Beta by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
Handle Social Media pages by initiating campaigns, generating leads and respond to the queries generated
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with HO; placing orders and verifying delivery.
Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
Plan meetings and events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Travel to the centers situated in and out of Kathmandu valley as and when required by the Supervison
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
Involving key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and reporting results once completed
Job Specification
Must have completed Bachelor level or Master running
Minimum 2 years experience in service sector
Candidate with experience in education consultancy or institution would be highly preferred
Must have the willingness to travel in and outside the country
Knowledge of Photoshop & Powerpoint presentation will be plus point
