Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Academic Leadership:
    • Create and implement curriculum improvements to guarantee that the academy's offerings are current and up-to-date.
    • Encourage a culture of excellence in learning and teaching by establishing high expectations for both students and teachers.
    • Monitor student progress and provide support and guidance as needed.
  2. Staff Management:
    • Train, monitor and supervise instructors and support staff.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  3. Operational Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facilities maintenance.
    • Manage the academy's budget effectively, ensuring financial sustainability.
    • Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
    • Maintain the books of accounts and ensure that all entries are updated by the auditor.
    • Matching the day book statement with the cash in hand at end of the day.
    • Making sure all expenses and collections are properly accounted for.
  4. Student Services:
    • Handle student inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Approach all colleges and institutes for training and marketing purpose.
    • Organize events, workshops, and extracurricular activities to enhance the student experience.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that the academy maintains compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Conduct regular assessments of curriculum effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
    • Monitor student outcomes and graduation rates.
  6. Marketing:
    • Ensure that everyday new contents are created and added to the academy pages.
    • Generate content ideas and plans to get maximum engagement.
    • Be active on all of academy’s social media handles.
    • Promote the academy through networking, outreach, and participation in industry events.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related degree.
  • Experience in education management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetology field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for beauty and wellness.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory requirements in the beauty education sector.
