Salary: 40,000 + Incentives 

• Knowledge of Destinations: Familiarity with international tourist destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English, Nepali, and other languages (depending on the target market).
• Ability to sell tour packages, negotiate with suppliers, and handle customer inquiries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to assist clients with travel planning.
• Understanding flight schedules, layovers, and ticket pricing is valuable.

• A bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, especially in outbound tours.
